I have a question about a product.

When wearing the hair in twists/braids and using your pudding and butter products- how much of the products should one use (50/50 ) or something on wash day? Note, I initially was using the pudding and gel but because I leave my hair in braids or twists for the week there really isn’t a need to use the gel. That just seems like overkill on product. Please advise me on what you thin?
