Hydrate & Renew clay mask
Should I just rinse the conditioning cream out only using water or should I rinse and shampoo again with the detoxifying shampoo bar ?

Hydrate & Renew is your conditioner! You would use it after you shampoo your hair then rinse it out as usual. No need to shampoo again.
